Welcome to my world of Breathwork, of Body Centred Counselling, of supporting other practitioners to work sustainably and holistically, and of making art.

Cindy Aulby home page

My clinical work - Supervision and mentoring, Breathwork and Body Centred Counselling - offers a compassionate environment when you seek experienced guidance and/or accompaniment on your journey.

I'm here for you

  • when your inner world requires attention,
  • when your work with clients requires review, reflection, debriefing and professional supervision,
  • when your work with people as a counsellor, therapist, manager, healer, carer, clinician or educator requires support,
  • when your business needs attention,
  • to help you to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.
My focus is on authentic, sustainable self care, on care for you, for your business, for your professional understanding and practice ... on everything that goes towards you being here for the long term and staying personally and professionally true to yourself, centred, clear and well.

Art Making - I've always loved getting absorbed in making art. As I become older and wiser, making art is becoming a less-negotiable part of sustainable life and balance. Along with gardening, mucking about in the studio is my love, my authentic expression and a big part of my balance and self care. My focus on the regularly visiting birds as subjects has given so much entertainment and pleasure!

Check out the Gallery page, and enjoy my co-residents! You can buy prints online and let me know if you're more interested in purchasing originals.
